"The one point is "Rate", believe it or not, we are $.75 apart. Its sounds simple, but the program is so professional with the 12 year spreads and the annual and monthly amounts, so easily understood, is what will make this deal happen because all the partners, when they meet in the morning, will all get to see which rate plan works the best, and pick one. its that simple. LseMod saved me when they moved out the parking costs 2 to 5 years. Could not figure out how to enter that one.
